Talking Dog

A guy is driving around the back woods of Goulburn and he sees a sign in

front of a broken down shanty-style house: "Talking Dog For Sale."

He rings the bell and the owner appears and tells him the dog is in the

backyard.

The guy goes into the backyard and sees a nice looking Labrador retriever

sitting there.

"You talk?" he asks.

"Yep," the Lab replies.

After the guy recovers from the shock of hearing a dog talk, he says ...

As part of my work I went across to Glenrothes in Fife today. I had been invited to attend an event called 'Safe Drive Stay Alive'. It is on every day this week and 5th and 6th year pupils are invited from schools all over Fife. After ministers, councillors and others had given their speeches to myself and other road safety representatives,we were taken to an auditorium where the kids were. One guy was working to get the kids hyped up by getting a few of them to take part in games on the stage, ...

Today I was in Edinburgh and got the 15 from Lothian Road, for a Sunday it was very busy indeed I got the last seat. Anyway the journey was going well though it was more like being on a boat with the rain on the windows and the spray from the road! Anyhow heading towards the Roslin the road was flooded at the dip just before entering Roslin so we heads through the water and a loud thud could be heard, someone wanted off so I assumed it was maybe something being dropped (bus much much quieter ...

The worst I have had were from our very own 'Pennycook takeaway', 1 out 10 is probably being too generous, chips that looked like they had been floating in the frier for way too long with the ability to squeeze some of them and watch the ...

After spending all week painting and decorating the house I was ready to put my feet up. It's Friday and it's payday and I should be happy but when I checked my debit account I found that somebody has been dipping into it and spent £80 of my money It started with a small amount the other day for which I raised a dispute with my bank. Now I've had to have the card that was being used stopped. Luckily it's a joint account and I can still use my wife's card until I receive a new one. Strangely ...

Yesterday, you'll recall, there was a bit of a stooshie about the BNP membership list being published on the internet. The Blog that published it has been forced to rake it down.

Soon, the whole affair will be forgotten and the repulsive sub-neanderthal beings that make up the BNP will be able to go about their (perfectly lawful) hate campaign without fear of persecution or embarrassment.

Or maybe not.

Around Christmas time, I intend to email the list to some of the people named ...

Well, I don't know about anyone else but it was rather frustrating trying to come home earlier on this evening I left my work to find that I was going to have to wait about 11 minutes for a 22 bus to take me to Princes street. I then decided to walk to Great Junction street to see if I could catch another bus there. On the way six 22 buses passed me, 4 of them were in a chain I eventually got a 14 that took me to the bridges. I was unable to get on an X47 and a 37 because they were full up. ...

Apparently the rain started just after 4 o'clock and before long the patio in our back garden began to fill up. They had working for an hour trying to empty it and when I arrived it was about 4 inches from entering the house I then spent another hour until it finally emptied and the rain went off. I'm going to have to try and find a water pump somewhere.

A dog was barking and a woman was trying to find it. I thought no more about it and continued on to Rosewell. On the way back, as I was coming out of the tunnel I glanced to my left. A man was sitting on the ground and a few feet away from him, a horse was lying in a crumpled heap on the ground
