I came home from work to hear that one of my kids had tried to sit her driving test and failed Sad However, she didn't fail on her driving abilities. It was because she couldn't read the number plate Shocked She has been practicing and she also went to the optician last week to have her eyesight checked. She's gutted at losing the money and not even having a chance to prove herself Evil or Very Mad

Her instructor should have given her a mock test including the eyesight test before she went for the real thing so this should have been spotted.

Apparently she did give her a mock test but it does not seem to have worked. Anyway, she went back to the optician and they told her there was nothing they could do Rolling Eyes She now has an appointment with another optician so it will be interesting to hear what they have to say.

Well, she went to the other optician today which turned out to be a different branch of the original optician. They have told her that there is a problem and have prescribed her glasses for driving Rolling Eyes
