Looks like Taylor Wimpey finally have the go ahead to build the houses at Mauricewood.

12 million to be spent plus they need to fix the fence too after this car ended up in the Greelaw Mill field

I did wonder when I saw a shipping container and some other construction things
appearing next to Belwood road. I just hope they're not going to cut across from
there to get to Mauricewood.

Work has now started on the site with grass cutters and diggers working in the top field while new posts were installed for the signage just off Boyd-orr Drive

I believe that this is the workmen practising before they go off to a "big job" to be done soon in the south of the USA. Hope nobody wants any bricklayers over the next few years!

I see the first "low cost houses" have arrived at Greenlaw Mills with a choice between white, yellow or purple clour schemes
