Dog dirt and selfish dog owners..

Dog dirt is becoming an increasing issue in various area's of Penicuik; railway walk, up through Valleyfield estate, public park etc..

I then find out today that the library have not had dog dirt bags for weeks ( they are free to dog owners) a definite correlation between increase in dirt and no bags.

Dog owners can buy bags for 0.89p for 150 at BM store. Please have consideration for others when your dog does it's business.

If Midlothian go ahead with their plan to close all the public toilet there might be other things on the streets!!!
