Finally coming to BBC2

New series on BBC2 from next Thursday which was filmed in the Lothians back in 2014. I think this was the one based at Wellington School for a few months though they were very secretive about the whole thing - hopefully more new about it will appear soon as the promotion gets under way.

Oh well, I watched it.......

Not terribly good, about sums it up. One reviewer reckoned it looked like the work of some drama student trying to be "arty".

It's set in Peebles and around the tweed, and the only entertainment I got was in recognising bits of the Tweed that I'm familiar with.

I also recognised Penicuik Police Station "playing the part of" Peebles Police Station. And I think the door of 2 Lambs Pend "played the part of" the front door of The Bannock Hostel.

Maybe there were other places I might have recognised...... But I'm not going back on iplayer for a second look. Life's too short.

I forgot to look at it but afterwards I saw that the reviews were bad
and that the audience figures were tumbling, so didn't bother to have a look at it.
