Saturday 16th May Greelaw Mains 2

Andy, at our litter pick a couple of Saturdays ago (Glencorse) some residents of GM2 expressed a concern about the litter in the shrubs in Stevenson Road. I have managed to get a CSO team for Saturday. If you or any of your neighbours are available for even a couple of hours on Saturday, I would appreciate it very much. Please pass on the message to as many residents as you can. If we have any spare time, I had hoped to move onto Bellwood Road.

I take it that you are talking about the landscaped area. I didn't think it was that bad but maybe I've missed seeing it. In any case I usually go to visit my mother every second Saturday and unfortunately it is this week. I have also had problems with my car which has been off the road for the past two weeks. Hopefully I'll get it back from the garage tomorrow night though. It had two faults and one of them has turned out to be rather expensive

I was going on what the volunteers told me on the day. When I was given the opportunity of the team for the day, I couldn't turn it down. If you know of any other residents who may want to help out, please let them know.
