I see that youngsters will be able to swim for free in East Lothian this summer http://www.eastlothian.gov.uk/site/scripts/documents_info.php?documentID=1047 I don't suppose Midlothian could be magnanimous enough to provide a similar service Which reminds me that East Lothian also got a free bus service on New year's day when Midlothian didn't get that either.
