I am a graphic designer and have helped work on a website, free of charge as a volunteer at my local fire company for the past 2 years. Due to personal issues I have chosen to resign from the company but before I was able to collect my artwork from the website, the administrator locked me out. All of the art on the site, and photos are my personal creations or property. Do I have any legal rights to ask the company to remove my work, even though there is no copy right? I was doing this volunteer, was never paid for my work, but do not want it associated with this company due to their legal issues they are currently facing in the public eye. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks - Chris
