Who owns the land

Anyone know who ows the land which runs from Edinburgh Road. The path between the council houses which end at the entry to Penicuik and what used to be called the Bollandc Hooses. Runs up as far as Anne Street I think. It used to be owned by the Crawfords who had horses but tyhey sold it on.
