I think Omala is referring to the report of the Community Council meeting where the SNP cooncilor is reported to have repeatedly told the meeting that the Big Cooncil were taking legal proceedings against Barr Construction re ongoing problems at the pool and leisure centre. However Sports and Leisure spokesman Cllr. Boyes refutes allegation.

Well, there's a surprise! Fantasy politics by fantasists.
The problem with the pool is that the staff are surly and stroppy and that nobody cares to make sure that proper maintenance is done.
"Nae oor problem, Jimmy; speak tae somebody else."
