Living in Newtongrange I get some of the worst BB speeds out there, sometimes sub 100k. Does anyone else get this and have they managed to come up with a solution to improve?
I am hoping that come March next year I might benefit from the upgrade BT are doing to the Dalkeith exchange but am not sure this will be the case.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Kilfinan and welcome to the forum. I live about a mile and a half from Penicuik and my speed ranges from under 2 Megabits per second to 3 Mbps. It's not great but I guess it could be worse. Sometimes if I reboot my router it helps slightly. The speed that you have depends on your ISP and how far you are from the exchange I'm afraid.
