New website launches today with the aim of letting the travelling public tell the transport companies of problems with their services (and praise too)

Hope Lothian (3 at a time) Buses are prepared for all the messages they will be getting!

Well, it is quite a comprhensive site and quite a bit of work has been put into it. It will be interesting to see the kind of comments that are made over time. I wonder how they will be able to keep track of the various changes to services within each company over time?
