It's been rather windy

Well, I hope that nobody has had too many problems with the wind recently I thought that my new fence was going to fall over but although it did bend a bit, it did manage to survive. However, a large part of the roof of a friend's chalet type house came off and they have spent a good deal of time trying to patch it up to keep the water out. Quite a few houses appear to have lost some of their ridge tiles and there have been a number of roofing firm vans in an out of the estate today.

Come to think of it, I've been experiencing some major problems with the wind recently - I think it all started with the sprouts!

Now, now don't complain too much about your greens. If you don't eat them you won't grow up to be big and strong
