Has anybody heard about the leadburn shutting down

I saw a notice in the Metro today and checked on Companies House website getting the info below:

All seems a bit odd as this company was only started in June and is now "in liquidation" already. Is the place actually shut as it always seems very busy when I have gone past it?

I thought this company owned and ran the Leadburn.

Formed in 2004 and still going okay.

I thought that too but who knows with companies today - they seem to love buying each other up or changing names and it is not easy to find who really owns businesses. Hopefully someone knows what is going on????
