Another empty shop being taken over as Blockbuster (opposite Tesco) becomes a carpet shop. Nice to see that one landlord has the sense to charge a reasonable rent - unlike all the other places which have been empty for 1 year plus!

Thanks, I did notice a man and a woman who seemed to be doing some work around the place and was wondering what it was going to be.
