Despite all the messages from the boss at TSB (the split from Lloyds is part of the reason for all the current problems), the online banking is still not working properly. IF you get to login then it is like connecting via dial-up back in the olden days and often shows error messages so you cannot get things done. There are also problems paying cheques in at branches so not just online.
People saying you should move to another bank don't realise that all the banks will face similar issues once they have to migrate to modern systems and abandon their mixture of 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s computers instead of spending all the cash on bonuses for the bosses!
