I received a nice shiny new phone for Christmas. However, for the past 24 hours I have not been able to connect to the Three network It does say that there is a problem with the network but I just wanted to check if anyone else has the same problem. Three bah humbug

I've just heard from Three and this is what they said 'My systems have finished running their checks and we've found an issue with the network in your area which is due to be fixed by Tuesday 01-Jan-2019. You will receive a message informing that the issue is fixed. If we do not manage to fix your issue, we will send you a text update on your 3 phone number and alternate contact number.' This is ridiculous
