Bellway Homes for their "Ladywood View" development in Penicuik! (Behind Mauricewood Park / Charles Street with very little chance of seeing Ladywood unless they chop down all the trees around!)

https://www.bellway.co.uk/new-homes/scotland-east/ladywood-view

The copy writers have either been taking hallucinogenic drugs or they live in an alternative universe judging by their descriptions of Penicuik!

I have to conclude that these names are dreamed up by someone on "work experience" at a desk in London, late on a Friday afternoon, after a really, really good lunch............

If you thought Belwood Oaks, and Carnethie Heights were pretentious crap, hows about.....

"Sweet Meadows" in Rosewell or "Chapel Lawns" and "Sinclair Mews" at Roslin.

(I understand the Sinclair bit, but MEWS????? for God's sake........ A "mews" in usually a row of cottages converted from old stables in big cities; not an newly built-on "greenfield site.")
