| Has the Fisher's Tryst pub closed down? It did not look to be opne when I passed yesterday and I have also seen this application on the cooncil planning site 08/00490/OUT Grant O'Connor,Allan McDougall,93 High Street,Dalkeith Outline application for residential development at Fishers Tryst, Milton Bridge, Penicuik, Midlothian, EH26 0RD Ward: Midlothian West Local Library: Penicuik So it looks like we are to get yet more houses but no facilities for the people who live in them!  | |

| I heard a few weeks ago that the pub was closing, didn't know when though so I shall be keeping an look out when I go past. | |

| We've already lost the post office and now it looks as if another business is about to bite the dust  If this keeps up Penicuik will eventually be one big residential estate. | |
