What a waste of time!

After all the work done on Mauricewood Road recently (with lots of hold-ups due to the traffic lights) today's heavy rainfall was a chance to see how the drains coped - and a total failure as the road is flooded as much as ever!!!

They will have just repaired pot holes and not bothered about drainage, the road at the foot of Cuiken just at Tesco petrol station was bad as well, water was level with pavement and when vehicles went through the water was flowing over the pavement and into the gardens - happens everytime there is heavy rain...
