More trees being cut down

Does anyone know why they are now cutting down trees in Mauricewood road just down from its junction with Belwood road?

Think this is for the other road which will be linking across to Rullion Road. It has two exits on to Mauricewood Road - one below Mauricewood House and this one.

If that's the case then that road is going to become very busy in the future.

You’re right, Sam. Either there have been big changes to Penicuik’s geography since I left or they’ve imported a whole new town from another planet!
