I see that there is a for sale sign in the field next to Bilston. I didn't have time to read it but found this http://propertylink.estatesgazette.com/property-details/6108943-land-at-bilston-midlothian-eh25-9sw It's interesting that it says "greenfield residential development land offered with the benefit of Planning Permission in Principle" So it doesn't seem to matter that it is classed as greenfield, they will still be able to build houses there.
