Dalkeith Parking Charges

I'm not sure whether this will improve the chances of finding a parking space when people visit Dalkeith. It may be that the problem will still exist but now you have to pay for it The charges seem slightly confusing though. Are you able to park for an hour for free then come back and pay a pound for another two hours or do you have to pay for two hours right away?
